The typical job
A hospital replaces an aging emergency power system or renovates a wing. Out comes a 750 kW standby set, three or four transfer switches, the life-safety and critical branch panels, and the switchgear that tied it together. Healthcare gear is generally well maintained and tested on a schedule, which helps the price.
What matters to a facilities director
Infection control, noise, corridor protection and absolutely no interruption to occupied areas. We work off-hours, build containment where required, route removals away from patient corridors and coordinate with your infection prevention and safety staff before the first bolt comes out.
